Once we've agreed to work together, we'll hold an initial briefing to get a thorough understanding of your programme, calendar, key contacts, existing systems and immediate priorities. We'll then set up the tools and workflows needed to hit the ground running. For ongoing clients, we typically have a short handover period where we get fully up to speed before taking over day-to-day management.

How many clients do you work with at once — will we get enough attention?

We're not a high-volume agency, we're a specialist support team, and the quality of our work depends on the care we put into each relationship. We’re very fortunate that we have a great team but if we don't have the capacity to serve you properly, we'll tell you honestly rather than overpromise.
