Breaking Down Barriers in Motorsport: Our Mission with The Racing PA

In motorsport, there are two main barriers to entry: Money and Time. The reality is, they often go hand in hand.

Drivers who have the means to race are often juggling intense careers, personal commitments, and the high demands of motorsport itself. On the flip side, you’ve got drivers working hard to secure sponsorship, balancing coaching gigs, and squeezing in precious seat time wherever they can. In both cases, racing, something that once sparked so much passion can start to feel like just another item on an ever-growing to-do list.

Speaking from experience, after years in the industry, I found myself questioning my place in it all. If I'm being honest with you, I felt a bit redundant. But the truth was, my skills weren’t redundant they just weren’t packaged in a way that offered real value to Drivers, Teams, or Coaches that offered flexible work for industry professionals.

That realisation led to the founding of The Racing PA, with racing driver Katie Ross (nee Milner).

Our mission is simple:

👉 To help them rediscover (or simply enjoy) the love for racing 

👉 To create flexible, meaningful jobs for talented industry professionals who might feel like we once did

At The Racing PA, we want every driver, team manager, and coach to arrive at the track with just one priority: PERFORMANCE.

We take care of the day-to-day. We streamline the repetitive and time-consuming tasks. We offer a reliable, friendly voice at the end of the phone. And we get to work alongside some truly amazing people in this incredible industry.

Motorsport is a tough world but it’s a world full of passion. Our job is to make sure that passion is protected, nurtured, and given the room to thrive.
